Sara Karoline invites you to explore the themes of BONHEUR, digging into your own imagination and reflection. She will share with you Coliberté’s approach towards physical theatre, focusing on precision and playfulness. We will start with a quick introduction to some basic tools of physical theatre and mime, before exploring and creating small physical and sonnoric sequences.

Sara Karoline Steinmoen is a physical theatre artist, writer and teacher. She holds a degree from Jacques Lecoq and is profoundly interested in mask work and theatre without words. She is today associated with different physical theatre companies both in Norway and France. She has an eye for the absurd, and her wildest dream is to never be afraid again!
